The future of density…how will the highrise evolve?

In an interesting dissection of past architecture in the Eiffel Tower as well as futuristic ideas, TED posted a great blog speculating on how this architectural form may evolve.

Our view is that is will fall somewhere between the first and third option, varying of course on the market place which the homes are built.
